More about the "Meeting in the garden" series

Moving on from the work that I did with the "Mythical being" series and the "In the garden" series I started to think more about the fantasy nature of the worlds that I was painting how the real world lapsed into a metaphysical and at times spiritual realm. I was still using found images but in a more stylised way where the forms become a part of the increasingly ornamental landscape. Folly and fantasy, images that grow out of a mix of desire and real life experience.
